Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SandlotSharp (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be 21 years of age or older to use SandlotSharp.

2. Service Description

SandlotSharp is a subscription-based sports analytics service providing statistical analysis, edge scores, and pick recommendations for MLB first-inning outcomes (YRFI/NRFI). The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. SandlotSharp does not accept, process, or facilitate any wagers. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

SandlotSharp offers several subscription tiers (Day Pass, Weekly, Monthly, Season Pass) as described on the Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed at the time of purchase and processed securely by Stripe.

• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Day Pass, Weekly, and Season Pass are one-time purchases with a fixed expiry and do not auto-renew.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, unused access, or change-of-mind cancellations. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Service, contact us at kevin@sandlotsharp.com and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.
• Sharing paid access credentials with others is prohibited. Subscription benefits are for the account holder only.
• You must notify us immediately at kevin@sandlotsharp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from SandlotSharp using automated tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the underlying scoring model or source code
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit pick content or analysis without written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or paywalls
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users’ use of it

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANDLOTSHARP AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BETTING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SandlotSharp — including pick analysis, edge scores, reasoning text, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to SandlotSharp. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own use. No rights are transferred beyond this personal access license.

9. Termination

SandlotSharp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from Terms violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Nevada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or an in-app notice.
